I am particularly pleased to hand the more cordial regard to the organizers of the sport event, and to the sportsmen that participate in the competition. The ability of the Ancona Open to hand to the center of the national attention, constitutes the key of success of the competition, that rewards the organization, the Sport Dance Federation and all the Marche region, that have the opportunity to entertain the best dancers. The Region cannot make to miss its own support to such an important initiative.

It is an immense pleasure for me to be able to participate and to reward athletes that have made the dance a sport. To practice dancing activities means to have a good time, it means to apply "the principle of the joy and the good humor", also laboring, giving the best of ourselves. I want therefore to thank Guido Papa and Paola Pastocchi for the efforts that have countersigned them in these years, and have allowed bringing demonstrations of this kind of conclusion. Ancona will entertain in September athletes of all the Italian regions and other nationalities, giving life to a healthy competition that puts in contact our city with other realities and other cultures, everybody together united by an only purpose, the Sport. It is an event that not only has a fundamental role in the regional sporting panorama, but also in the national one. The sporting event, organized by the dance school Hobby Dance of Loreto, has found in the city of Ancona a suitable structure for the carrying out of this important competition of sporting dance. I wish to all a serene stay, and to bring home a good memory of the event.
